Welcome to HoaiFx. These Terms & Policies explain the rules, refund policy, risk disclaimer, user responsibility, and usage conditions for purchasing and using HoaiFx digital products.

HoaiFx products may include TradingView indicators, trading education PDFs, ebooks, guides, learning materials, and related support tools.

By purchasing or using any HoaiFx product, you agree to these Terms & Policies.

01Product description

HoaiFx provides digital trading education products and trading analysis tools.

Products may include, but are not limited to:

TradingView indicators
Invite-only indicator access
Trading education PDFs
Ebooks
Strategy guides
Market structure learning materials
AI-assisted analysis support tools

HoaiFx indicators are designed to support technical analysis by helping users observe market structure, session ranges, candle ranges, liquidity sweeps, entry model conditions, and other chart-based information.

HoaiFx ebooks and educational materials are designed for learning purposes only.

HoaiFx products are not financial advice, investment advice, or guaranteed trading systems.

02Access after purchase

After purchase, users may receive access to digital files, PDFs, ebooks, or TradingView invite-only indicators depending on the product purchased.

For TradingView indicators, users may need to provide their TradingView username so HoaiFx can activate access.

Indicator access is activated after payment confirmation and receipt of the correct TradingView username.

The 1-month and 3-month plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. To continue access after your plan expires, you need to make a new purchase.

Users are responsible for providing the correct email address, Telegram username, TradingView username, or any other information required to deliver the product.

If incorrect information is provided, product delivery or indicator activation may be delayed until the correct information is received.

03Digital product delivery

HoaiFx products are digital products.

Depending on the product, delivery may include:

Downloadable PDF or ebook file
Product guide
TradingView invite-only indicator access
Indicator setup instructions
AI tool link or usage instructions
Support information

Because the products are digital, users are responsible for saving their files, reading the instructions, and contacting support if they have access issues.

04User responsibility

Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions.

HoaiFx products only provide educational content, technical analysis support, or chart-based information.

Users should personally evaluate:

Market condition
Entry price
Stop Loss
Take Profit
Position size
Risk per trade
Spread and liquidity
High-impact news
Broker conditions
Personal trading plan

The user is responsible for deciding whether or not to take any trade.

HoaiFx does not provide financial advice.

Any BUY, SELL, Entry, SL, TP1, TP2, chart level, model condition, or educational example shown by a HoaiFx product is for technical analysis and educational purposes only.

These signals, examples, or educational materials are not guarantees that the market will move in the expected direction.

Nothing provided by HoaiFx should be considered personal investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product.

06Risk disclaimer

Trading Forex, gold, indices, crypto, or any financial product involves high risk.

Users may lose part or all of their trading capital.

HoaiFx products do not guarantee profit.

HoaiFx products do not guarantee any fixed win rate.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Market conditions can change quickly. Spreads, liquidity, news events, slippage, broker execution, platform issues, and user decisions can affect trading results.

Users should only trade with money they can afford to risk.

07Refund policy

Except where required by applicable consumer law, all purchases of HoaiFx digital products are final.

Because HoaiFx products are digital products, and because downloadable files or invite-only indicator access may be delivered or activated after purchase, refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

By purchasing, the user confirms that they understand:

HoaiFx products are digital trading education or analysis support products.
HoaiFx products do not guarantee profit.
HoaiFx products do not guarantee any fixed win rate.
Trading indicators and educational materials are not financial advice.
BUY / SELL / Entry signals are technical signals based on product logic or selected model conditions.
The user is fully responsible for all trading decisions.
Trading involves risk, and losses may occur.
Digital products cannot be refunded after delivery or activation.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

The user did not make a profit.
The user lost money while trading.
The user did not understand how to use the product.
The user changed their mind after purchase.
The user expected guaranteed signals or guaranteed results.
The user did not follow the usage instructions.
The user already downloaded the ebook or PDF.
The user already received indicator access.
The user’s TradingView account, broker, device, or internet connection had issues.

Before purchasing, users should carefully read the product description, usage guide, risk disclaimer, and product conditions.

If the user has technical issues with accessing the product, HoaiFx will provide reasonable support to help with download access, file delivery, or indicator activation. Technical support does not mean the purchase is refundable.

HoaiFx reserves the right to review refund requests only in special cases, such as duplicate payment or failure to provide the purchased product after successful payment. Any approved refund is at HoaiFx’s sole discretion and must comply with the payment platform’s policies.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

09Product updates

HoaiFx may update, improve, modify, replace, or remove product features at any time.

Updates may include changes to:

Indicator settings
Entry models
Visual layout
Alerts
Session logic
Candle range logic
Risk display
User interface
Educational content
PDF or ebook materials

HoaiFx is not required to provide advance notice for every update.

Product updates do not guarantee better trading results.

10AI support tools

Some HoaiFx products may include or recommend AI-assisted tools to help users analyze chart screenshots, market context, or model selection.

AI tools are designed to support education and analysis.

AI tools do not guarantee correct predictions.

AI tools do not provide financial advice.

AI tools should not be used as the only reason for entering a trade.

Users remain fully responsible for their own trading decisions.

11Market conditions to avoid or treat with caution

Users should be cautious or avoid trading in the following conditions:

High-impact news is about to be released
The range is too large after price has already moved strongly
Spread is unusually wide
The chart has missing data or abnormal candles
Liquidity is low
The range is too small
Price action is too choppy
The sweep is unclear
The reaction after the sweep is weak

In these conditions, signals or technical examples may be less reliable, and users should apply extra caution.

12Technical issues

HoaiFx is not responsible for issues caused by:

TradingView platform problems
Broker execution issues
Internet connection problems
Device problems
User error
Incorrect settings
Market data delays
TradingView account restrictions
Payment platform issues
Email delivery issues outside HoaiFx control

HoaiFx may provide reasonable support, but technical issues caused by third-party platforms do not make the purchase refundable.

13Third-party platforms

HoaiFx products may depend on third-party platforms such as TradingView, PayPal, Stripe, Telegram, Gmail, Google services, or other payment and communication services.

Each third-party platform has its own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

HoaiFx is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account issues, payment delays, delivery delays, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms.

14Intellectual property

HoaiFx products, including indicator logic, design, documentation, PDFs, ebooks, guides, model structure, images, branding, text, and related materials, are owned by HoaiFx.

Users may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, modify, upload, leak, or claim ownership of HoaiFx materials without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in removal of access without refund.

15Changes to these terms

HoaiFx may update these Terms & Policies at any time.

Any changes may be posted on this page with an updated date.

By continuing to use HoaiFx products after changes are published, users agree to the updated Terms & Policies.

Final note

HoaiFx products are designed to help traders learn, study market structure, filter market context, and use technical analysis tools more clearly.

HoaiFx products do not guarantee profit, do not guarantee a fixed win rate, and do not replace the user’s own trading plan, discipline, and risk management.
